- Yield : 2 to 3 person
- Take Puffed rice and run under water for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Heat the oil, add Mustard seeds, allow to splutter,add peanuts, stir well.
- Add green chilly,tomato,curry leaves and sweet corn,stir well.
- Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder, salt and lemon juice.
- In last add puffed rice, stir softly,cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot, It can be served as snacks or breakfast.
- It is loved by kids.
