White Corn Soup

Instructions

  1. Boil Fresh White Corn
  2. While boiling fresh white corn add salt, sugar and 1/2 cup milk.
  3. Boil in pressure cooker till it become soft.
  4. Chop French beans and cabbage finely.
  5. Heat the pan,add oil,add French beans and cabbage ( keep aside little bit for Garnishing).
  6. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Now add capsicum, boil corn ( keep aside little bit for garnishing).
  8. Now stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Add salt,green chilly paste and pepper.
  10. Meanwhile mix water and corn flour seperately,make sure it is proper.
  11. Now pour this mixture in vegetables.
  12. Continuously stir till it is thick.
  13. Now allow to simmer for few minutes.
  14. Adjust thickness of soup with corn flour according to you.
  15. Soup is Ready.
  16. Garnish with Corn and vegetable.
  17. Serve Hot...
