  1. If you get Tumdi Dudhi/Bottle Gourd than take that which is fat from bottom and very sweet in taste.
  2. Remove all the Stuff from middle  with scooper.
  3. Grind this Stuff.
  4. If Regular dudhi/Bottle gourd is taken than just grind it.
  5. Heat the pan, add ghee, stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Allow to cook for 5 minutes, stir often.
  7. Now add Milk , stir well,  add sugar and on slow flame allow to cook for 1/2 Hour.
  8. Stir often.
  9. Cook till it become thick.
  10. Soak almond in water for half hour ,than remove skin from it and chopped them.
  11. Now add elaichi(cardamom) and almond.
  12. cook for 2 minutes.
  13. Let it be cool.
  14. Serve chilled....
  15. Pour rabri in Tumdi Dudhi in vacant base.
  16. It can be served in Bowl also.
  17. Garnish with Almond and Pistachio.
