Triple flavour pancake / Pudla / Dosa

Triple Pudla

  1. Mix Gur/Jaggery  and 1/2 cup water, stir till gur gets melt.
  2. Add wheat flour , stir well.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Mix Gram flour,salt,turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
  5. Add approximately 1/2 cup water to make thick batter, mix well.
  6. Mix dhokla flour,salt,warm curd and required water to make thick batter.
  7. Keep aside for 2 hour.Triple Pudla
  8. Add green hilly powder in dosa base.
  9. Let us make pancake of all batter one by one in small size.
  10. First we will do Mini Uttapam with dosa batter.Triple Pudla
  11. Turn on another side.
  12. On edge add 1Tbsp oil.Triple Pudla
  13. Now make Chilla of Gram flour Batter.Triple Pudla
  14. Turn on another side.
  15. On edge add 1Tbsp oil.Triple Pudla
  16. Now we will make Sweet wheat pudla.Triple Pudla
  17. On edge add 1 Tbsp ghee.
  18. Turn On another side.
  19. We are ready with all Pudla, will place on top of each other.Triple Pudla
  20. First uttapam,on top put  sweet pudla ,on top put chilla,like this repeat one more time.
  21. Sprinkle Chat Masala on top of it.
  22. Pour Chunda syrup on top of it.
  23. Sprinkle Oregano and red chilly Flakes on top.
  24. Cut this in to 3 part.
  25. Serve with Chunda
  26. It is Parushan Special Item.Triple Pudla
  27. This will give sweet,spicy and sour taste.
  28. It can be serve with chutney and sauce.
