  1. Soak Urad dal for 2 to 3 hour in hot water.
  2. Grind the dal in grinder til it becomes  smooth paste but put only 2 to 3 Tbsp water.
  3. Add salt, to dal mixture and make it smooth by stirring for 5 minutes. 20131111_144458
  4. Mix boiled peas,french beans,banana,capsicum,cashew,raisin,garam masala,aamchur powder,salt,roasted cummin powder and mix properly. make small lemon size ball.20131111_161242
  5. Deep this cofta  in the dal mixture so it turn in to big lemon size ball.20131111_16305820131111_163151

20131111_163805             6.   Heat oil in a kadai and fry wada till it turns golden brown in colour.

7.   Add salt,sugar to curd and beat nicely.20131111_124821

8.  Now warm this curd.
9.  Allow it to turn in to room temperature.
10.  Place wada in bowl and beaten curd,green chutney,sweet chutney on it.
11.  Sprinkle roasted cumin powder.
