  1. Take milk, sugar and ghee on one plate.
  2. Mix properly.
  3. Now add maida on mixture very slowly slowly till it become crumbled dough.20131030_114600
  4. Now keep aside this flour for 1/2 hour.
  5. Now Make Medium ball and knead each ball till it become smooth dough.
  6. Roll like Chapati.
  7. Now with the cutter cut in diamond shape.20131030_115853

  9. Heat the oil on a medium flame.
  10. Now fry this sakarpara on slow flame.
  11. This snack can be served in tiffin  box to kid.
