- Cook Time : 10 minutes
- Yield : 2 to 3 person
- Take Bajri na Rotla , make small piece.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds,allow to splutter.
- Add Turmeric powder and red chilly pwder and add curd fast so red chilly will not burn.
- Stir well,add salt and water.
- Salt will protect curd to remain smooth.
- Stir well, allow to cook for 3 to 4 minues
- Now add rotla pieces, stir , allow to cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn off gas.
- keep aside for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Serve hot, it is complete meal.
- It is Parushan dish, instant,healthy and tasty.
