  1. Take  Bajri na Rotla , make small piece.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds,allow to splutter.
  3. Add Turmeric powder and red chilly pwder and add curd fast so red chilly will not burn.
  4. Stir well,add salt and water.
  5. Salt will protect curd to remain smooth.
  6. Stir well, allow to cook for 3 to 4 minues
  7. Now add rotla pieces, stir , allow to cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Turn off gas.
  9. keep aside for 5 to 8 minutes.
  10. Serve hot, it is complete meal.
  11. It is Parushan dish, instant,healthy and tasty.
