Prep Time : 10 minutes. Cook Time : 20 minutes Yield : 3 to 4 person




  1. Mix Rawa, curd, malai , salt, sugar and 1 Tbsp oil.
  2. Mix properly.
  3. Now add fruit salt and water to make smooth and puffy and thick batter.
  4. Boil water in a steamer.
  5. Grease the steamer plate well with 1/2 Tsp cooking oil.

  7. Put Plate in Steamer and Steam for 10 to 12 minutes.20140411_170253
  8. For seasoning , heat small pan , add 2 Tbsp oil , add mustard seeds , allow to splutter , add cumin seeds and til.
  9. Add chopped chilly and curry leaves.
  10. Turn off gas.
  11. Pour seasoning on top of Dhokla .
  12. Cut in any shape like square or Diamond.
  13. Garnish with Coriander.
  14. Serve Hot.
  15. Serve with chutney.

    Because of soda bi carb…u must be putting little more..try this recipe u will be satisfied
