- Cut the green chilly,remove seeds from it and chop in medium size.
- Now Mix Rai Na kuria ( Mustard seeds Broken),salt, lemon Juice, jaggery . oil and Turmeric Powder.
- Mix Properly,stir for few minutes,mixture will become puffy.
- Now mix Green chilly Chopped.
- Taste the Mixture,if needed add salt,jaggery or lemon juice since it should be slightly high in taste.
- Instant Pickle Is Ready To Serve.
- It can Be served with any Meal, paratha or khakhra.
