Pudla pattice

  1. Mix Gram flour,salt,turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
  2. Add water to make puree but make sure it should not be thin.
  3. Heat the pan, pour puree on pan like small coin.Pudla pattice
  4. Add oil on edge of pudla/ pancake.
  5. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Turn on another side.Pudla pattice
  7. Like this prepare with puree all the pudla.Pudla pattice
  8. Let us prepare pattice.
  9. Boil Raw banana till it become soft.
  10. Grate or smash it.
  11. Add salt,dry green chilly powder, garam masala and aam chur powder.
  12. Mix properly.
  13. Make small 4 pattice of cylinder shape.
  14. Heat the pan , add 1 tbsp oil , put pattice on it.Pudla pattice
  15. Allow to cook for 2 to 3minutes.
  16. Turn on another side.
  17. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  18. Cook till it become crispy and golden brown colour.
  19. Take two pudla , spread chat masala on it, as it is special dish for parushan so chutney is not adde other wise green chutney can be spread on pudla.
  20. Between two pudla place one pattice.
  21. Sprinkle chat masala on top of it.
  22. Serve hot .
  23. Serve with Sauce or Chunda.Pudla patticePudla pattice
