  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Put Mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  3. Now add curry leaves and chilly.
  4. Add Papaya,salt and 1/4 cup water stir well and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add  turmeric powder.
  6. Now add sugar,lemon juice.
  7. Now sprinkle gram flour, stir and mix well.
  8. It is ready to serve.
  9. It can be served with FAFDA AND JALEBI.
  10. It can also be served in Breakfast as a pickle with KHAKHRA.
  11. It can be server with lunch and dinner as a pickle.
