Papaya – Chilly Pickle

- Cook Time : 15 minutes
- Yield : 3 to 4
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Put Mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Now add curry leaves and chilly.
- Add Papaya,salt and 1/4 cup water stir well and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder.
- Now add sugar,lemon juice.
- Now sprinkle gram flour, stir and mix well.
- It is ready to serve.
- It can be served with FAFDA AND JALEBI.
- It can also be served in Breakfast as a pickle with KHAKHRA.
- It can be server with lunch and dinner as a pickle.
