Paneer Gram Dal Paratha

  1. Soak Gram Dal in water for 1/2 Hour.
  2. Boil Gram Dal till it become soft but be careful it should not be over boiled.
  3. Chop paneer in to small cube piece.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves , allow to splutter  on a slow flame.
  5. Add Boiled gram dal. salt, green chilly paste, lemon juice, garam masala.
  6. Mix properly now add paneer , stir softly.

  8. Mix Flour,ghee,salt and with water make soft and crumbled dough.
  9. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  10. Make medium ball from dough.
  11. Roll one dough ball.
  12. Put stuffing in triangle shape.20140602_183614
  13. Now turn on all side in triangle shape.
  14. While turning spread little water on each edge so other part will stick easily.20140602_183728
  15. Heat the tawa or flat pan to shallow fry paratha.
  16. Put one paratha and cook fro 2 minutes and turn on another side.
  17. Now pour ghee on edges of tawa and  turn paratha on both side often till it turns in to golden colour.
  18. Serve hot
