Noodles Samosa

  1. Mix flour , salt and ghee , With the help of warm water make smooth and soft dough.
  2. Keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  3. Mean while will prepare stuffing.
  4. Boil noodles.
  5. Heat the oil add French bean , add cabbage and capsicum, stir and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add salt,Noodles and Green chilly paste.
  7.  Add soya sauce and vinegar stir well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Now turn off gas and allow to cool.
  9. Stuffing is ready.Noodles samosa
  10. Now we will make samosa case.
  11. First make 5 to 6 big ball from dough.
  12. Now roll this ball like chapati.
  13. Cut this chapati in 2  piece.Noodles SamosaNoodles Samosa
  14. Mix 1 Tbsp flour and 1 Tbsp water and make batter.
  15. Fold from both corner and make triangle.

  17. Now take this in the middle of finger and thumb.
  18. Put stuffing on the  samosa case.Noodles Samosa
  19. Now paste dough batter on edge.

  21. Heat the oil on medium flame.
  22. Fry all this samosa on medium flame till it turn in to golden red colour.
  23. Samosa is Ready to Serve.
  24. Serve with Green Chutney and Sweet Chutney or Sauce.Noodles Samosa
