- Soak Yellow Moong dal in water for 2 hour.
- Drain moong dal in colander and make smooth mixture in Grinder.
- Add salt, sugar, dry chilly powder and Turmeric powder.
- Heat the oil in pan, add mustard seeds , allow to splutter.
- Pour this seasoning in mixture.
- Mix well.
- Pour this mixture in idli stand.
- Steam this stand in Steamer for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove from stand this hot and tasty idli.
- Serve hot with chutney.
