Instructions

  1. 20131113_124418Make crumbled and soft dough with water.
  2. 20131113_123745Now roll on plain surface with the help of hand.
  3. If you can , make with the help of two hands palm.
  4. It should be thick.

  6. Now put on pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. 20131113_124659Now turn on another side and allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. 20131113_124811Now spread home made butter ( http://artofjaincooking.com/butter/#).
  9. Ready to serve.
  10. 20131113_125244It gives more flavour when it is served with Bottle Gourd vegetable,green leaves vegetable,pickle,chilly and butter milk.
