Prep Time : 25 minutes. Cook Time : 10 minutes Yield : 3 to 4 person

  1. Boil Raw banana till it become soft.
  2. Smash it properly.
  3. Heat the pan, add 4 tbsp oil, allow to heat, add smashed banana.
  4. Add dabeli masala, salt and sugar.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water.
  6. Stir continously, around 5 to 7 minutes, till it gets smooth and pulpy.
  7. If needed adjust spices like red chilly,salt and sugar since it should be slightly more salty,sweet and chily.

  8. It is parushan special item and we are not using any chutney so mixture should be perfect in taste.
  9. Take idli, cut from round base part so it will turn in to flat base.
  10. Do it  to all idlis.
  11. Now place dabeli mixture on top of idli , evenly.idli dabeli 2
  12. Sprinkle Sev and masala peanuts on top of mixture.idli dabeli 3
  13. Cover stuff idli with one plain idli.idli dabeli 4
  14. Sprinkle Chat masala on top of idli.
  15. Ready to serve Idli  dabeli.
  16. It is yummy and easy to make.
