  1. Chop Ivy Gourd/ Tindora in slice.
  2. Make paste of coconut, coriander,green chilly and Gram Flour.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan,add soda, add Tindora , stir well.
  4. Add salt ,sesame seeds and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. While cooking place one pan cover with water on pan.
  6. when it is cooked, add paste, turmeric powder,coriander cumin powder and sugar.
  7. Adjust spices according to taste.
  8. Serve with chapati , roti or paratha.
