Instructions

  1. Remove water from dalgreen dhokla 1
  2. Grind the dal till it become smooth and pulpy.
  3. Add chilly paste,salt,sugar,lemon juice,1 tsp oil and ENO.
  4. Heat the dhokla maker.
  5. Grease the plate.Pour mixture, steam for 15 minutes.green dhokla 2
  6. Let them cool.
  7. Heat the oil,add mustard seed let it crackle.add green chilly.
  8. pour on top of dhokla. and pour syrup slowly til all will be sucked.
  9. Garnish with coriander,coconut.green dhokla4
  10. Cut in to rectangle shape.
  11. Ready to serve.
  12. Serve with Green chutney and sauce.
