Dudhi Kofta Curry

Instructions

  1. Grate dudhi, remove watery part by squeezing it, mix gram flour , salt , rawa,soda,coriander   and green chilly paste.
  2. Mix softly, if needed add 1 to 2 Tbsp more gram flour but do not add more.
  3. Make small ball.
  4. Heat the oil , fry dudhi kofta ball on a slow flame.
  5. Boil 5 to 6 tomato,peel the skin,blend the mixture and sieve it, tomato puree is ready.
  6. Heat the 2 Tbsp oil in a pan, add tomato puree, stir for few minutes.
  7. Add all spices like salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder, garam masala,coriander-cumin powder and sugar.
  8. simmer for few minutes.
  9. Now add kofta and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  10. Garnish with coriander.
  11. Serve hot.
  12. Serve with roti, chapati and paratha.
