Instructions

FOR PAKWAN

  1. Mix flour,salt,cumin seeds and oil. 
  2. Make stiff dough with water.
  3. keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Make  medium size 6 ball with the smooth dough.
  5. Now roll like puri and press the fork on the puri so it does not  puff up.so it will remain flat.
  6. Fry this puri.
  7. Now pakwan is ready.

FOR DAL

  1. Heat the oil and add tomato and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Now add turmeric  powder,red chilly powder,garam masala and Dal.
  3. If needed add sum water and salt to taste,green chilly and lemon juice.
  4. Now garnish with coriander.dal pakwan
  5. Serve pakwan with dal.
  6. Serve with green chutney and sweet chutney.
