  1. curd rice 1Spread boiled rice on a plate and allow them to cool.
  2. Beat the curd and warm on a very small flame.
  3. Mix well with rice add green chopped chilly and pepper crushed.
  4. Heat the ghee,add mustard seeds once they splutter add urad dal,fenugreek seeds,asafoetida,cashew and curry leaves.
  5. Pour in the rice mixture.
  6. Add salt to taste,Mix well.
  7. Keep in the refrigerator  for 15 to 25 minutes{optional}
  8. Keeping aside before serving helps curd to blend with rice properly.
  9. While serving add coriander.
