  1. Soak Broken Mustard seeds in to 1/8  cup water for 10 minutes.
  2. Now make paste of Broken mustard seeds, Salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice.
  3. Now in plate pour paste and stir with hands for 5 minutes.
  4. It will become puffy and light.
  5. Now mix properly chopped cucumber.
  6. Instant pickle is ready to add flavour in Meal.
  7. It can be served with paratha, Puri or complete Meal.
