Prep Time : 20 minutes. Cook Time : 45 minutes Yield : 4 to 5 person




  1. Grate the Dudhi and remove water from it by pressing with hands.
  2. Mix Dudhi,rice,Wheat flour,Millet Flour,salt,Coriander,Green Chilly paste,curry leaves,Turmeric powder,oil,Coriander whole and til.
  3. Make soft dough.
  4. Dough should be soft but it should be not be so soft that we can not make ball.
  5. If needed add some flour to make semi soft.
  6. Now Make Ball.



Gravy :


  1. Soak 1/2 cup coconut in 1 cup hot water for 1/ 2 hour.
  2. Now blend with 1 cup water more.
  3. Now Sieve this puree so coconut water will be prepared.
  4. Heat the oil,add peas, Whole red chilly and curry leaves.
  5. Stir for few minutes.
  6. Now add 3 glass  of water.
  7. Boil for 5 minutes.
  8. Now add sugar and salt.
  9. Now add Warm butter milk and coconut milk.
  10. Stir well.
  11. Allow to boil for 5 minutes.20140122_175109
  12. Now add peanuts powder.
  13. Now slowly slowly add coriander ball inside.20140122_175123
  14. Allow to cook for 15 minutes.
  15. Ready To Serve.
  16. Serve Hot.

  18. It is amaze in taste and something different from regular Muthiya.
  19. It is mouth watering.....
