Prep Time : 45 minutes. Cook Time : 10 minutes Yield : 3 to 4 person



  1. Boil chickpea and baby corn.
  2. For Tomato puree, Boil 4 to 5 tomato,remove skin,blend ,sieve this puree.
  3. Now heat the pan,pour oil.
  4. Add capsicum, stir for two minute, add cabbage and also stir for a while.
  5. Now add chickpeas and baby corn, add tomato puree, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Now add salt, red chilly powder, kasuri  methi, garam  masala.
  7. Now add sauce and red chilly sauce.
  8. Simmer till it become thick.
  9. Now add peanuts.
  10. Turn off gas, capcorn chickpeas vegetable is ready.
  11. Garnish with Baby tomato and chick peas.
  12. Serve hot.
  13. It can be served with Roti, puri or Naan or plain rice.
