  1. Mix the Maida , salt to taste and 1 Tbsp oil.
  2. Make the soft dough with the help of water.
  3. keep aside for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Mean while chop cabbage,Baby corn in small piece, Red , green and Yellow capsicum in small piece.
  5. Boil cut Baby corn just for two minutes.
  6. Curd should be fresh and not sour.
  7. Hang 1/2 Cup curd for 45 minutes in a Muslin (Mal Mal) cloth
  8. After 45 minutes it will become 1/4 cup.
  9. Now mix Curd,boil Baby corn, capsicum and cabbage.
  10. Add salt to taste and green chilly paste.
  11. Marinate for 20 to 25 minutes.20131212_174000
  12. Meanwhile with the Dough make chapatis.
  13. Ready to prepare Frankie.
  14. First Take chapati , place in the middle horizontal wise Marinated Mixture.
  15. Sprinkle oregano,Chat masala and red chilly flakes.
  16. Heat the pan , add Butter and Frankie , Shallow fry for two minutes.
  17. Serve hot.
  18. Serve with Tomato sauce, Green Chutney and Red chilly sauce.
