As in jain market butter is not allowed to eat so it is invented.
It is very easy and economic.
- Prep Time : 10 minutes

- Clarified Butter (ghee) If possible than take cow ghee - 4 Tbsp
- Salt - Pinch
- Turmeric Powder (if cow ghee is taken than no need) - 1/4 Pinch
- Soda - bi- carb - Pinch
- Ice Cube - 2 Big
- First Warm Clarified butter.
- Now allow it turns in to room temperature.
- Take one bowl and mix all the ingredients.
- Stir for 5 minutes.
- Now butter is Ready.
- Adjust in Rectangle shape.
- Set in Refrigerator.
- As we jains do not eat market butter so for them it is specially invented.
- Very easy to make and economic also.
- Serve with paratha,idli,bhaji.
- while making any vegetable it can be use.
