  1. Soak urad dal in water for 2 to 3 hour.
  2. Drain  soak urad dal in colander
  3. Make smooth paste of urad dal without water in grinder.
  4. On Other hand Mix Cooked rice,salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and 1 tsp oil.
  5. Make smooth mixture.
  6. Make small ball from mixture.
  7. Take urad dal mixture add salt and soda.
  8. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium flame.
  9. Deep each rice ball in to urad dal mixture dough.20140625_162558
  10. Fry this covered ball.
  11. Fry on medium flame.
  12. Serve hot .
  13. It can be served with Chunda.
  14. It is parushan special item.
