Instructions

Boondi Raita Ingredients

  1. Take 2 cup curd, Beat well.
  2. Now heat  curd for 2  minutes, stir continuously, add salt.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Mix boondi,coriander,sugar, pepper powder and broken mustard powder.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve chilled.
  7. It can be served wit any type of rice and paratha also.
