Bell Pepper Curry

Prep Time : 15 minutes. Cook Time : 15 minutes Yield : 3 to 4 person



  1. Heat a pan , add besan flour ,dry roast it on a slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes , Now remove it to a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds , allow to splutter , add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Next add green chilly and red chilly, saute for few second.
  4. Add all bell pepper and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice , stir well.
  6. Add coriander powder , cumin powder ,Red chilly powder, Turmeric  powder ,Garam masala  powder and Tea Masala powder.

  8. Next sprinkle gram flour little little,  slowly  from one hand and mix well with other hand , repeat the procedure till all flour get finished.
  9. Spicy , mouth watering, refreshing Bell pepper curry is ready to serve.
  10. It can be served with Chapati or Paratha.
  11. It is amaze in taste.
